All orders are usually processed within our given timescale (see below), however we retain the right to increase this during peak time’s.
Bow orders
All orders are processed within 10 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Personalised/custom clothing
All orders are processed within 14 to 21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Personalised wooden items
All orders are processed within 21 to 28 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
All of our UK orders are sent signed for by Royal Mail. This means that all Proof of postage is retained and we are able to contact Royal Mail with any queries.
Shipping costs are calculated by weight of goods.
Customers are responsible for return postage charges under all circumstances and return postage will be deducted from any returns refunded, unless we were responsible for the item being defective or otherwise faulty.
We take no responsibility for items damaged during shipping, tracked or otherwise.
